Nourish | Orange and Carrot Soup

Preparation: 30 minutes | Cooking: 20 minutes Carrot Ginger Soup

Ingredients (for 4 people)
500 g of sliced carrots
1 big potato, peeled and sliced
500 ml of poultry broth
250 ml of orange juice
1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon of ground curry


Preparation
Mix all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 20 min (vegetables must be soft). Puree. Serve the soup topped with some yogurt and dill.

Food for Hair Growth
The vitamin A from the carrots and the orange juice contributes to your hair's growth, and brings shine and flexibilty to it. The vitamin E found in the orange increases the cutaneous (scalp) micro-circulation that influences the hair's growth.
